Family History
As one of two brothers from Fort Lauderdale, family values were woven in at a young age. My father was the kind of man who wore his heart on his sleeve—honest, hardworking, and blessed with the gift of never meeting a stranger. Whether he was talking to the guy behind the counter at a hardware store or sitting across from a potential customer, he had this genuine warmth that made people feel like they'd known him for years.
In 2001, my father took a leap of faith and bought a small warehouse full of oxygen tanks in Broward County. Selling oxygen door-to-door wasn't a glamorous business at the time and he didn’t bring a wall full of fancy degrees or licenses either. However, what he had was something far more valuable: unshakeable integrity, relentless grit, and an obsession with providing real customer value at a fair price. He believed that if you took care of people the right way, everything else would follow. And follow it did. What once was a small warehouse operation grew into something remarkable and ultimately caught the attention of a buyer who would acquire the business years later.
The real success story though wasn't “the exit”—it was watching my father prove that character and core values can build something that can leave a legacy for his employees, his customers, and his community.
Personal Background
My story was first shaped on the soccer field, where I learned that showing up consistently and putting in the work always pays off. I later earned my bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University while playing 4 years of varsity soccer—an experience that taught me about teamwork and the power of building lifelong relationships. After college, I set out to understand what makes businesses truly thrive and what holds them back from reaching their potential. I started in consulting at Deloitte and L.E.K., where I advised companies across a variety of industries.
Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of identifying and supporting businesses with untapped growth potential, working closely with their leadership teams to help them grow thoughtfully and sustainably. Today, I call Tampa home, where I live with my wife and daughter. When I'm not thinking about business, you'll find me watching Miami Hurricanes football.
Legacy and Goals
What drives me is simple: preserving legacies while building businesses that put people first—both employees and customers.
My father taught me that the best companies are built on taking care of people—and everything else follows from there. I'm looking for one exceptional business where I can plant my flag for the long haul. Not to extract value and move on, but to roll up my sleeves, work alongside the team, and become part of the community the business serves. There's something powerful about having local roots and being able to look employees, customers, and neighbors in the eye, knowing your success is tied directly to theirs. With my own capital backing this search, I can make decisions based on what's right for the business and its people—not investor timelines.
My goal is to honor what the previous generation built, carry forward great legacies, and leave our Tampa Bay community better than I found it.
